Olive Home & Gift is an independent homeware and gift shop, created by Emma Waight. It is named after her niece Olive, who passed away peacefully in February 2025, at only a few hours old.

After working in retail for 15 years, Emma decided to take the plunge and open Olive Home & Gift in November 2025, in the pretty coastal town of Grange-over-Sands, nestled on the edge of the English Lake District.

As an arty person with an obsession for lovely things, Emma wanted to showcase unique, British-made treasures from independent creatives, alongside established design-led brands.

Olive Home & Gifts stocks a variety of thoughtfully curated cards, prints, children’s toys, homewares and accessories, available to browse in a cosy and welcoming environment.
